What the chat assistant collects
If you start a conversation with the AI assistant, we ask for your name and email address, and we store the messages exchanged during that conversation.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. It's sent to Ariel as a transactional email via Resend (see Third parties below) — it is not stored in a database.
How chat data is used
The conversation transcript is sent to Ariel by email so he can review and, if relevant, follow up on your inquiry. If you checked the optional box allowing contact, Ariel may reach out to you about it using the email address you provided.
Third parties
The following external providers process data on our behalf and may see it as part of doing so:
- Anthropic — Powers the AI chat assistant (processes the messages you send it). Privacy policy

- Resend — Sends the contact form and chat transcript emails. Privacy policy
- Netlify — Hosts this website and, in doing so, receives visitors' IP addresses (see Server logs and IP addresses below). Privacy policy
Server logs and IP addresses
Delivering any web page requires your IP address, so Netlify, the hosting provider, receives it and records it in standard server logs. Separately, contact form submissions are rate-limited at the network edge: your IP address is counted in order to block more than five submissions per minute, which keeps the form from being abused. Your IP address is not used to identify you, is not combined with the chat or contact data described above, and is never used for analytics or advertising.
Cookies
This site sets two cookies, both strictly technical, and neither is used for tracking or advertising. chat_session is set only once you start a conversation with the chat assistant; it identifies your conversation so that only you can continue it, is HttpOnly, and expires after 30 days or when the conversation ends, whichever comes first. NEXT_LOCALE is set only if you switch the site language yourself; it remembers that choice so you arrive in the same language next time, and expires after one year. If you do neither, this site sets no cookies at all.
Please don't share sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, financial details, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information in the chat — it is not designed to handle that kind of data.
Retention
Conversation records are kept for up to 365 days after the conversation started, and then permanently deleted on an automated daily schedule.
